Nestled right in the middle of Pittsburgh’s bustling South Side neighborhood, the Morning Glory Inn is a venue as eclectic and historic as the neighborhood itself. This 1862 Italianate style brick townhouse is a beautiful blend of old Pittsburgh history and modern day luxury.
The candlelight courtyard is the perfect spot for an intimate ceremony surrounded by your friends and family. Between the courtyard and other common areas of the space, Morning Glory Inn can accommodate 100-150 guests. Couples have the option of renting out the entire inn, which offers 5 separate rooms/suites for overnight guests, so the couple can party into the night and go straight to bed, then wake to a lovely breakfast!
The reception space is spread throughout the courtyard and common areas of the inn, with plenty of cute little nooks for your cake and details, and a nice combination of larger spaces and smaller areas for conversation. Everything at the inn is so pretty and so well decorated that it needs very little extra adornment.
Morning Glory Inn can recommend caterers and other vendors, but I highly recommend one of their preferred vendors: Chef Dale Hawkins with Fish Hawk Acres. It was hands down the best wedding food that I had during all of 2017 (and we are so very lucky to experience tons of great food at our weddings!)
