At MotionWorks, we are really intentional about capturing the moments that matter.  When you watch our films, we want you to see authentic emotions. 

We are storytellers. It is our passion, and the story shapes every decision we make for your film from start to finish.We want to get to know you. Not just know the details of your wedding or your business, but know you as a person. To know who you are, what inspires you. We also want you to know us, and to understand our approach.

Our desire for our films goes way beyond simply capturing beautiful imagery. We want our work to showcase the totality of your story. This approach isn’t for everyone, and we’re cool with that. Our films are a celebration of you, and we love doing what we do.

ABOUT CHRIS & REBECCA

We met in college, over 20 years ago, and have traveled together down the road of marriage, kids, an old house, and a collection of rescued pets.

In 2012, we began filming weddings, and created WV Motionworks.   Every wedding reminds us of our own vows, and our marriage gives us the perspective to see that it’s about so much more than just a pretty day.  This is the story of two people; two lives joined together.

In 2017, we opened the doors on our studio space.  Located in downtown Fairmont at 206 Adams St., we’ve affectionately named it “304 Collective”.  In addition to being a great space for us to work and meet with clients, we feel it gives us an important anchor space in the community we love so much.
